BMV has realized, when
it was permitted by the provisions of the italian law, several
complete systems for the production at high speeds of small
shot munitions. In this particular branch of forging, often
it exists the need to have phases of movement of the main
parts of the transfer press staggered among them and such
need makes imperative the use of special
control cams and special control electronic systems.
In some cases, in order to satisfy the need of an alternative
of operations with a big difference of power among them,
BMV
has also realized machines with 4
different slides on 14 operations.
Moreover in this type of working it's imperative to effect
during the operative cycle more mountings of internal pieces
maintaining the high speeds of production.
To satisfy such exigencies
BMV
has realized a series of Special
Feeding Devices for semi-worked pieces always supported
by drive complex electronic systems.
BMV
has realized for this branch of industry 9
different models with powers from 20 to 80 tons
and has reached constant speeds of
production in 3 shifts per days till 240 pieces per minute.
