A
branch of the Automobile industry, that is since about 20
years a particular specialisation of BMV,
is represented by complete systems, i.e. Presses + Tools,
for the automatic production of tanks for Auto
Oil Filters.
In this sector BMV has
realized 6 different models
of Transfer Presses to follow each single Customer in the
different countries of the world
following the varieties of dimensions of the filters themselves
and the quantity per year for each different dimension.
The production per minute naturally changes on the basis
of the pieces to produce going from 65 mm, for which we
produce at the cadence of 50 pieces per minute, to 210 mm,
for which the production never goes down 20 pieces per minute.
